So I've thought of a fitness goal. I've got weight goals, I've got calorie goals, I need a fitness goal. 
So today I went for a walk/run with my mom, almost passed out from not  being able to breath (maybe try a couple puffs of inhaler before I go  out next time?) and it was 23 mins, 1.26 miles at 3.3mph. My goal: Being  able to do this route in 12-13 mins, or being able to run at 6mph by  sept 1st (which is about 13 weeks so increase by about 0.2 mph each  week) and going for a walk/run a min of 3 times a week.
