Meal plans are a pain in the a$$ to make. But I manged to come up with one. I got the idea from my mom because she's thinking of doing one of those Special K diets.
So I've got 5 meals a day planned plus calories set aside for a 6th meal (in case I get hungry or go out for coffee or something. Once I get a chance to go grocery shopping I'll start it. Mainly because this way there's less of a chance of going over the calorie limit since we may be going on vacation at the end of the month (my moms just waiting for some cottage thing for people that are going through treatment for cancer/recently finished treatment so we know for sure when). Hopefully I'll be able to get down to about 135 by time we go by following this.

and before people start b*tching about the days where calories aren't even at 1000, it equals out weekly since based on the weekly total the daily avg is 1212 and there are times where I'm not that hungry and will eat less than 1000.
So hopefully I can go grocery shopping sometime this weekend.
