rip Buddy...and Failed at TMC

Buddy had to be put down today. There was no positive change and he actually got worse. The only thing that bothers me is that his eye's wouldn't stay closed and they vet insisted on giving a play by play about what he was doing and when they heart will stop and all that. I wanted to hit him because he was just going on and on about it.

And unfortunately that meant emotional eating so my mom and I went for coffee (I ended up getting a french vanilla and a cheddar belt w/ sausage).

But it was annoying anyway. My poops been exactly like mustard since I started this thing. So starting tomorrow I'm only going to have fruits and veggies. Maybe every once in a while crackers, bread, egg or tuna. Maybe cottage cheese but I don't tend to get that very often anyway...

Master Cleanse Day 1 (attempt 2)

I made it through today :)
I couldn't hold down the salt water again even though I only used 2tsp (wth?) but I drank plenty of water (almost 3ltrs), drank 6 of that lemonade mixture, and used the wii for 1/2 an hour (burned a little over 100 cals).

And tomorrow I'm planning on trying to wake up early (even though it's already after midnight), going on the wii for hopefully an hour if not longer (my aim is for 500 cals) and I'm going to be meeting a friend (if you can call him that...we haven't actually hung out since I finished school last year) at a park by the school and there's swings so I'm going to try and get there early (maybe around 315-330 to avoid the teenagers just getting out of school) and swinging :)

Hopefully I don't have to deal with him eating though...but his step dad put him on a special diet so I probably won't have to unless we go to his place and he leaves pretty far from the school so I doubt we will.

Master Cleanse Day 1 (attempt 1)

sucked. I ended up getting taken out for lunch and the salt water flush didn't work because I threw it up. So since I used 2 tblsp salt today I'm going to try 1/3 of that and go with 2 tsp. See if that helps. If not, I'll increase it. At least the drink is good so hopefully I'll be willing to live off of that for a week or 2. Not like it'll be the first time I've went a couple weeks having only one thing.

May 20, 2011 (2am)

So I know I haven't been posting here. Bad me. I've lost some weight though. May 9th I weighed in at 150.6. May 16th I was down 2.4lbs to 148.2. So yay me right? (I got a nice new fresh journal for keeping track of calories and have started using SparkPeople again).

This Monday I'm planning on weighing and taking measurements and getting pictures (hopefully in the morning if I'm up early enough to have someone take them in the morning) and then starting the Master Cleanse. With before and after pictures :) Hopefully I can stick to it for at least a week. My goal is 2 weeks though. And if it works and I find out when we're going on vacation this summer, I'll probably try it then too if I have at least a weeks notice. Anything to look skinnier since you can see the beach from the main road... Plus, I'd love an excuse to dress in something to make the old men drool even more :P If they're still alive anyway. Last time I was up there at least 2 were having heart problems.

And speaking about heart problems, why does everyone and everything I know have problems with their hearts? My dog may have to be put down at the end of the month because of fluid in his chest/lungs and his heart is at least twice as big as it should be. And that's providing he can make it that long. If he does my mom and I are planning on giving him a special day before he has to be put down.

Week 1 Day 1: May 3, 2011 - note

Well I'm going to start tracking calories consumed and burned and by doing what weekly. I probably should count daily, but weekly goals just seem easier. I'll try to weigh in and do measurements each week here.
